I worked with Rob over a period of over 20 years at TI and was always impressed with his knowledge and recognized expertise across the industry when it came to the topic of soft error rate (SER). I was on the Product side and interfaced with TI’s Tier 1 customers, and whenever there were questions about SER, I went to Rob. He always helped convince our customers that we had a strong handle on the topic and could provide data to back it up.
